27th December

Kókusz (Bramble Rose at at Sylvan Moonlight) took part in the Christmas Herding Trial in Portelek. It was her very first herding trial! She won 3rd place in amateur class. Huge congrats, way to go! :)

We took part in the Kraft Agility Santa Claus Cup with Zora. We won 3rd place (out of 37) with clean run in A1. And in another A1 and open jumping - DIS.

7th November

I took part in the 3rd Seminar of the Family Dog Project at the Department of Ethology, Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary), where twelve researchers presented their recent studies about canine behaviour.
I got a certificate of merit for functional MRI participation with Grog. :)

31st October

We took part in the Kraft Agility Cup with Zora. We got 5th place (out of 15) with 1 fault in A1. Zora fell down from the plank, fortunately she is not injured. This was our only one fault, apart from that race was well done. Furthermore we got 12th place with 1 little fault and the 4th best time in open jumping ( out of 47). 25th October

We took part in the TordasZoo Agility Cup with Zora. We got 4th place (out of 17) with 1 fault in A1, in another A1 - DIS. Video about our run.

18th October

Kókusz (Bramble Rose at at Sylvan Moonlight) took part in the Szeged CAC Dog Show. She got Excellent 1 and CAC in intermediate class. :)

We took part in the Smaragd Agility Cup with Zora. We won 1st place (out of 18) with 1 fault in A1, in open jumping and second A1 - DIS.

13th September

Mac (Boogie Dancer at Sylvan Moonlight) was very first time with sheep. Mirkku (Mac's owner) said that, "he was very keen for them, very interested and very strong eye. He has very good drive and he is very brave, doesn't dodge even when sheeps turn towards him."
We are so proud of him! :)

6th September

Grog's daughter Maybe (Highland Breezes Dream of Diamonds) took part in the Club Show in Germany. She got Excellent 3 (out of 13) in open class.

29th-30th August

We had a fantastic show weekend in Hódmezővásárhely CACIB.

First day:

Grog got Excellent 1, CAC, Best Veteran and BEST OF BREED in veteran class.
With this result he finished the Hungarian Veteran Champion title!

Zora got Excellent 1, CAC and Res. CACIB in champion class.

Málna (Bee's Knees at Sylvan Moonlight) got Excellent 1, HPJ and Best Junior in junior class.

Second day:

Zora got Excellent 1 and CAC in champion class.
With this result she finished the Hungarian Show Champion title!

Málna (Bee's Knees at Sylvan Moonlight) and her owner, Viki have successfully passed two exams, Obediencelevel 3 with 83/100 points (good classification) and Skillfulnesslevel 2 with 97/100 points (excellent classification).

We took part in the Veres Agility Cup with Zora. We got in J1 - 6th place (out of 25) with 1 fault, A1 - 5th place (out of 25) with 1 fault, second A1 - DIS.

We were herding in Portelek with Kókusz (Bramble Rose at Sylvan Moonlight), Málna (Bee's Knees at Sylvan Moonlight) and Gubanc (Buck's Fizz at Sylvan Moonlight). It was their second herding training. Everyone was really amazing. We are very proud of them!:)

4th-5th July

We took part in the Smaragd Agility Cup, which was an awfully hot 2 days long competition.
There were mistakes in all runs, so we didn't get a good placement, but I absolutely content with Zora. :)
We got on Saturday in J1 - 6th place (out of 26) with 1 fault, A1 - 5th place (out of 26) with 1 fault, A1 - DIS, the next day in A1 and J1 - DIS.

28th June

We had a very very successful show day in Serbia - Ruma CACIB.

Zora won Excellent 1, CAC, CACIB, BEST OF BREED and BEST OF GROUP!
With this result she finished her Serbian Champion title and became Club-Star 2015 female!

Grog won Excellent 1, Veteran CAC, Best Veteran and VETERAN BEST IN SHOW!

We took a walk with Málna (Bee's Knees at Sylvan Moonlight), Kókusz (Bramble Rose at Sylvan Moonlight) and Gubanc (Buck's Fizz at Sylvan Moonlight). They all enjoyed the walk so much. It was a joy to see them together. :)

We spent a wonderful weekend there among friends crowned by fantastic show-results.

12th - 15th June

We are back from Italy where we spent some wonderful days with our friends and took part in World Dog Show as well, where 147 border collies entered.
After a longer break my beloved Grog is back in the show ring. :) Grog was first time in veteran class, and he got Excellent 3. He did a great job, and it was a good feeling with him again. :) I'm so pleased with our result and proud of my boy! :)

We took part in the 4th round of the Kraft Winter Cup Series with Zora in beginner category. We had 2nd place (with clean run) and 3rd place (with 1 fault) out of 8. Zora was fantastic as always!:)

Málna (Bee's Knees at Sylvan Moonlight) and Gubanc (Buck's Fizz at Sylvan Moonlight) have successfully passed two exams today: basic obedience and skillfulness with very high points. Málna got 95/100 pts, Gubanc got 94/100 pts.

I was on the annual Club Dinner and Club Star Awards Ceremony. Zora got Adult Club-Star 2014 title. I'm so proud of my super girl!:)

We took advantage of the fresh snow. Dogs like to play in the snow very much...but Grog especially.:) He runs with open mouth and eats the snow. I think he would be able to eat the whole, if I would leave this for him.:)

6th - 7th December

We had an exciting and really successful herding weekend in Portelek with Zora.
We took part at herding trial on Saturday. We got 4th place with 85 pts out of 100 pts (excellent qualifications) in 2nd class. Is this so fantastic pts!:) It was our very first trial in 2nd class.

Next day, Zora has successfully passed the FCI Herding Working Test (HWT) with 73/100 pts.
My big dream come true! I'm very very happy and proud of my fantastic girl again!:)

Furthermore another wonderful news arrived from Finland - Helsinki Winner. Grog’s daughter is Bella (Highland Breezes Diamond Nth Dark) got Excellent 4 on 1st day, and Excellent 2 on 2nd day.

We had a long, tiring, but really successful show weekend in Zagreb, Croatia. Zora did a great job and received any fantastic results with nice descriptions from all judges.

With these results Zora finished Croation Champion title. In addition, she became Club-Star 2014 (she collected the necessary points in just 3 weekends).

What a fabulous weekend we had with our B litter, our C litter and our friends. We all took part in herding training in Portelek. It was our B litter's very first herding (they are nearly 6 months old). It was amazing to see how clever they worked. We are very proud of them!:) Doggies and we all enjoyed this weekend so much.
